Your Liftosaur Workouts,
on Your Garmin Watch
liftosaur2garmin syncs your completed Liftosaur workouts to Garmin Connect. Your exercises appear on the Garmin muscle map, your heart rate data drives accurate calorie counts, and every set, rep, and weight shows up in the activity description.
Designed for strength athletes
Targeted Muscle Map
Your Garmin watch shows which muscles you worked, but only when exercises use the correct FIT category IDs. liftosaur2garmin automatically maps your Liftosaur exercises to Garmin's proprietary database. Your bench press lights up your chest, and your deadlifts target your posterior chain. No more generic, empty "Strength" entries in Garmin Connect.
Heart-Rate-Based Calories
liftosaur2garmin aligns your daily high-resolution heart rate data with your workout window, applying the Keytel metabolic formula to compute calories using your exact age, weight, and gender.
Your Workout Names, on Garmin
A synced activity shows up as "Strength Training" by default. liftosaur2garmin automatically renames it to match your Liftosaur routine: "Upper Body Push," "5/3/1 Squat Week 2," or whatever you named it.
Full Workout in the Description
Every single exercise, set, rep, and weight you logged in Liftosaur gets formatted and written directly into the Garmin activity description. See warmup markers, working sets, and total volume at a glance inside the Garmin Connect mobile app or web dashboard.
Runs Completely in the Background
Configure your credentials once. The background daemon syncs new Liftosaur workouts on a recurring cron schedule, or you can trigger an instant sync from your dashboard.
Three steps
Connect API Keys
Input your Liftosaur API token and Garmin Connect credentials. They are encrypted locally on your server.
Log Your Workouts
Log strength training in the Liftosaur app as usual. Our background daemon automatically detects new workouts.
